Hedon Museum reopens on Saturday 22nd May and in September celebrates 25 years of being open to the public. It can only remain open with continued support from the public as it does not receive any funding, relying on donations, shop sales etc. You can become a member of Hedon Museum Society at a cost of £10 per year or £18 per couple and receive a regular newsletter plus 2 outings. Of course it can not open at all without volunteers. If you can give visitors a warm , friendly welcome and spare 3 hours a month, you are just what the Museum is looking for. You do not need a knowledge of Hedon as there will always be an experienced volunteer on duty with you .Due to the average age of volunteers and the effects that Covid has had on them, new volunteers are needed immediately including 3 new committee members, one of which would be treasurer.
